We work hard to make every year’s annual Croaker Festival the best ever. Our all-American, small-town, Independence Day celebration takes place on Friday evening and all-day Saturday, always the first weekend in July. The festival normally draws over 10,000 visitors!
Our Mission
The mission of the Croaker Festival is to help support non-profit organizations in the county. Pamlico County agencies, schools, non-profit groups, and small businesses are encouraged to reserve booth space for this annual celebration. This is the ideal venue to reach the residents of our unique area and the visitors who come for this event.
How Vendors are Chosen
Croaker Festival depends upon its vendors, both not-for-profit, and for-profit to provide a wide variety of quality products and foods for our visitors to purchase and browse while they are at the festival.
However, it is the policy of the Croaker Festival to give priority to:
- Pamlico County Non-Profit Organizations
- Local For-Profit Organization
We choose vendors that provide a wide variety of products and make efforts to minimize duplications as much as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be duplications. We reserve the right to choose those vendors who we determine to best fit with the mission and spirit of the festival.
How to Apply for a Booth
ALL Vendors must select their chosen vendor category below to apply for inclusion in this wonderful event.
In each category you will also find more information pertaining to your booth type, booth pricing and the applicable mandatory booth agreement.
Once the Croaker Festival has determined this year’s selection of booths, vendors will be notified of their inclusion status. If chosen, each vendor will also receive instructions on how to submit any other documentation needed and information on how to make the payment for their booth.
